- Drive portfolio analytics and performance monitoring across Collection verticals (Rural, Urban, Digital, Tele calling).
- Develop and publish MIS dashboards, performance reports, and business reviews covering key metrics such as COC/ANR, loss rates, roll rates, bounce %, recovery trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on portfolio behaviour (flow rates, bucket movements, bounce impact, resolution effectiveness).
- Build simulation models and scenario analysis (e.g., bounce impact, policy changes, strategy shifts) to support business decisions.
- Partner with Collections, Risk, Finance, and HR teams to align targets, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Track and analyse variance vs plans (SPPR/ABP) and identify drivers for deviation.
- Support cost optimization initiatives by analysing efficiency metrics and recommending improvement levers.
- Provide insights on incentive performance, productivity trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve collections efficiency, recovery rates, and portfolio health through analytics.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, and analytical tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and audit compliance across all reporting and analysis.
