Designation: Senior Analyst Post Trade Processing Analyst - Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) | Full-time (FT)

Location: Mumbai – Maharashtra – India

Shift Timing: 24-hour support team. Monday to Friday. Should be comfortable to work on rotational shift (APAC, EMEA, NAM, Night shift)

Minimum Academic Qualifications: Post Graduation (CA/M.Com./MBA/MCA/PGDM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Post Trade Processing Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) space. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for executing a range of post-trade functions, including trade matching, allocations, confirmations, reconciliation, settlement, and brokerage processing. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of the ETD lifecycle, ensuring efficient trade processing and seamless interactions with internal teams and external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Trade Matching & Allocations: Ensure accurate and timely matching of trades across multiple platforms

- Resolve mismatches and discrepancies in trade data by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

- Confirmations: Generate and manage trade confirmations for Exchange Traded Derivatives





- Resolve confirmation discrepancies by investigating the root cause and facilitating resolution.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and generate trade reports for internal stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all trades processed, including allocations, confirmations

Basic Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in post-trade processing or a similar role within the investment banking or capital markets industry.

- Hands-on experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs), including futures and options.

- Strong proficiency in financial systems, trade platforms, and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

- Knowledge of clearing houses, settlement systems, and margining processes for ETDs is preferred

- Experience with trade confirmation platforms (e.g. MarkitWire, Traiana) and trade reconciliation tools is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues efficiently.

- Solid communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
