Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop antibody purification, characterization, and bioconjugation workflows.
- Optimize EDC/NHS, MaleimideThiol, and Glutaraldehyde conjugation chemistries for latex and nanoparticle-based reagents.
- Optimization of surface chemistry, functional group activation, antibody orientation, and conjugation efficiency
- Develop and validate immunoturbidimetric assays using DOE-based optimization.
- Evaluate assay performance (sensitivity, specificity, precision, linearity, robustness, and stability).
- Troubleshoot conjugation, assay, and reagent stability issues.
- Maintain GLP-compliant documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Support technology transfer, manufacturing scale-up, and mentor junior scientists.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Polyclonal and Monoclonal Antibody R&D; for antibody selection and characterization, R&D;, QC, QA, Manufacturing for product development and validation.

- Analytical techniques: Immunoturbidometry, DLS, Zeta Potential Analysis, Dialysis, Ultrafiltration, and statistical data analysis.
