HR Recruiter (1-Year Contract)

We are looking for a agile, results-driven HR Recruiter with 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring timely closure of positions across diverse functions.

This is a 1-year contractual position, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.

DAY TO DAY:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment drives to meet business workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

ESSENTIALS:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
