Role & responsibilities
- 2 To 5 years in Network Security, IT Infrastructure, or Information Security.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls is mandatory.
- Experience managing an organization's internal IT infrastructure is preferred.
Preferred candidate profile
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network-related issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
