Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate training programs for employees across various departments to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training plans accordingly.
- Design, develop, and deliver e-learning modules using LMS platforms to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
- Robust understanding of training need analysis, development, coordination, and delivery methods.
- Proficiency in creating engaging e-learning content using LMS platforms.
