Designation: Product Coordinator - Compliance

Location: Goregaon East (Mumbai)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product coordinator environmental documentation.

The person will be responsible for all forms of product related environmental documentation, focus on EPD to start.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintenance and optimization of documentation, e.g. in ERP, PIM systems and EFO/SEG
- Assist all business areas with setting up and creating new documents in our systems
- Prepare documentation in collaboration with product managers
- Update product-related supplier information
- Responsible for the subject register in EcoOnline, as well as follow-up of revisions and production of new documentation
- Development of a recent registry and maintenance of declarations of conformity (CoC or DCoC)
- Participate in meetings with product managers, others from business areas and suppliers
- Effective communication across departments

The desired candidate should have/be:





- Graduate and minimum 5 year experience as a sales co-ordinator or project coordinator or document co-ordinator or environmental co-ordinator.
- Preferably experience with document management and IT
- General understanding of systems and user skills within IT
- Experience with ERP and PIM systems an added advantage
- Ability to enter large amount of data in MS - Excel
- Knowledge or experience of relevant environmental documentation such as EPD, ISO, REACH and RoHS would be an added advantage
- Structured, accurate and independent
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to build relationships and be a team player
- Good written and oral communication in English
- Either relevant higher education or relevant work experience
