Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through agents.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agents to increase sales performance.

- Conduct regular training sessions for agents on products, services, and best practices.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.





- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in agency development or a related field within the insurance industry.

- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life insurance.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
