Designation: Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

What would you do Your key responsibilities will include:

- Performs end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, hiring managers interviews, and preparing salary proposals

- Works closely with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver recruitment strategy, processes and ad-hoc project support.

- Proactive high-level sourcing for passive candidates through different channels.

- Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates.

- Ensuring job roles are maintained, edited and posted to the recruitment system.

- Resolves sophisticated queries, which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy or procedures.

- Develops own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs critical metric.

What are we looking for
- A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, exposure in regional hiring would be an added advantage

- Bachelors Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build solid relationships with key stakeholders and end markets

- Solid understanding of the regional talent market, has the ability to build connections via various mediums and channels

- Preferably candidates with experience supporting regional hirings

- Diligent to details and a proactive standout colleague

- Self-motivated, highly adaptable in a constantly evolving working environment

Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

- Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture

- You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management

- You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

- Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others

- In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team

- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
