Primary Competency

1. Senior developers should have worked as project lead and have good experience and understanding

of module design & implementation challenges.

2. It is expected to have clarity of micro-services & monolithic architectures, difference &

requirement to use which where.

3. Should have clarity of limitations and trade-offs between the microservices architectures.

4. Should showcase expertise in implementation of highscale multi-node applications.

5. As an expert it is expected to analyze, design, and coordinate the development of various technical

solutions along with team members.

6. Collaborate with remote teams for development & testing.

7. Technical skill exposure to have a positive understanding of design patterns and design principles

(SOLID, Gang of Four, TOGAF, etc), architecture etc.

8. Is expected to create UML design,



and develop new code & legacy code for improvements

thereafter.

9. Understand and assist in overall development process which involves writing test cases.

10. Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating technical implementation

requirements & statuses to appropriate team members in the given timeframe.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of using Java / python / bash scripting.

2. Good Understanding of J2EE, MVC Architecture, Spring boot, Hibernate, and Spring Frameworks

3. Understanding of Restful Web Services

4. Understanding of RDBMS like PostGres / Oracle / MySQL or None relational database like

MongoDB

5. Good understanding of data structures.
