1. End to end coordination
From the generation of orders to dispatch, Coordination with the sales team and sales coordinator for the orders
Follow up with vendors ,logistics, factory for accuracy & follow timeline for on time dispatch
2. Handling of enquiries
Enquiries managed based on the requisition from the factory
Same day responding & resolving enquiry
3. Vendor Code registration
On boarding current vendor in system
Coordinating with new vendors to complete formalities on time
4. Quality check
Checking samples, quality as per set parameters
Order accuracy rate in first checking
5. Item Code Creation
Coordinating with the new or existing vendors for new product.
Codes are created with complete & accurate information
6. Data Management
Preparing Industrial Data country wise understanding market share.
