Job Overview
Greenwich Packaging Ltd. is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international business growth in the Printing & Packaging industry. The role involves developing export sales strategies, managing key international accounts, and expanding business across the US and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and volume targets.
- Identify and generate business through large distributors, agents, and end customers in the US and European markets.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and after-sales support.
- Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to generate and convert potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.




- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence to support business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage key accounts to maximize customer retention and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM reports.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Flexible Packaging export sales.
- Proven track record in international sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in handling the US and/or European markets is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Valuable understanding of international trade and export processes.
