Key Responsibilities:

- Solid knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes such as Injection Molding, Machining, and Sheet Metal to identify suitable vendors.
- Develop and manage multiple vendors to improve quality, reduce cost, and minimize lead time.
- Perform comparative analysis of quotations based on specifications, process understanding, and cost to optimize BOM cost.
- Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP based on requirements from Stores, R&D;, and Production.
- Daily coordination and follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to commitments.
- Maintain procurement documentation as per ISO 13485 Clause 7.4.
- Coordinate weekly review meetings with Stores, Production, and R&D; for issue resolution.




- Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions for delays or quality issues.
- Ensure proper documentation submission from vendors during supply (Invoice, COA, Test Reports, etc.).
- Support new product development by sourcing and developing vendors for critical components.
