Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) spare parts.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent suppliers while monitoring existing vendor performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service-level agreements with vendors.
- Handle the complete procurement cycle from RFQ to Purchase Order issuance.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory planning, and material movement to ensure timely availability.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery challans, and import/export documentation.
- Prepare quotations, procurement reports, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 2-5 years of experience in procurement of spare parts for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) or Earth Moving Equipment.
- Strong knowledge of HEMM spare parts is mandatory.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Candidate should be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
