Designation: Dispatch & Quality Control (QC) Executive

Department: Factory Operations

Location: Patalganga, Rasayani

Reporting To: Factory Manager / Production Head

Working Days – 6days

Please Note:- Bus Facility available from Khandeshwar railway station to factory.

Job Purpose

The Dispatch & Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that all elevator materials, components, and finished products meet Escon's quality standards before dispatch. The role also involves coordinating dispatch activities, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring timely deliveries, and minimizing dispatch errors and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming materials, fabricated components, and finished products as per approved quality standards.
- Conduct pre-dispatch quality inspections to ensure materials are free from defects and comply with project specifications.
- Verify dimensions, finishing, labeling, packing quality, and completeness of dispatch items.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions with Production and Stores.
- Maintain QC inspection reports, checklists, and non-conformance records.
- Ensure only approved and inspected materials are released for dispatch.
- Report recurring quality issues to the Factory Manager and recommend corrective and preventive actions.




- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives within the factory.

Dispatch Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules as per project requirements.
- Verify material quantities against Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and Material Requisitions.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and protected loading of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain Dispatch Challans, E-Way Bills (where applicable), Gate Passes, and transport documentation.
- Track dispatched materials until delivery confirmation is received.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Stores, Production, and Installation teams for dispatch planning.
- Ensure urgent dispatches are prioritized without compromising quality.
- Maintain dispatch registers and update ERP/MIS records on a daily basis.

Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate with Stores to verify stock availability before dispatch.
- Report shortages or discrepancies immediately.
- Participate in periodic stock verification and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are followed wherever applicable.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain complete records of quality inspections and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and QC reports.
- Record dispatch delays, quality issues, shortages, damages, and corrective actions.
- Maintain document traceability for audits.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure materials are packed and loaded following safety guidelines.
- Follow company SOPs, quality procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch and inspection areas.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
