Role and Responsibility:

- Coordination with Design team and consultant to ensure timely delivery of all MEP drawings.
- Coordination with contract team for techno-commercial meeting and PQI of vendors appointment.
- Incorporating necessary revision in drawings based on site requirements and checking of shop drawings.
- Study of BOQ & quantity survey as per site conditions and drawing.
- Provide planning input for design and execution of Electrical, plumbing, firefighting, Fire detection, access control, CCTV work.
- Maintain the daily contacts with the project planning team & civil team in close co-operation with the Project head/project Manager, HO/TO of work front with proper documentation.
- Coordination with site quality team for preparation of MEP works SOP.
- Getting work done through contractors and assessment of work as per the contract terms and Quality SOP.
- Monitoring Electrical activities like slab conduit work for electrical points, raceway installation, cable tray installation, preparation of earth pits, cable laying,



circuit laying for light & power points, light fixtures & Power outlets installation, electrical panels & DBs installation, transformer installation & testing of installation.
- Monitoring firefighting pump room and sprinkler and courtyard works, flats internal plumbing works, plumbing shaft down take line works and external drainage plumbing work, HVAC work, and LV services like FAPA, access control, CCTV, intercom & data.
- Checking of contractor bills.
- Coordination with Liasoning team for application & visit of Lift PWD certificate, fire NOC, drainage NOC, OC, municipal water supply application.

Education: B.E.(Electrical ) / B.E ( Mechanical )

Work Experience: 15 -20years in Real Estate industry

Technical skills:

- Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks
- Financial understanding of a real estate transaction
