A Day in the Life

As a key member of the L'Oral Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division, you will report to the Finance Director and act as a strategic financial partner to the Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams. You will drive profitable growth in India's fastest-growing skincare market by turning financial insights into commercial action.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Drive Commercial Strategy: Support Go-To-Market strategies with a sharp focus on channel and customer profitability.
- Optimize Investments: Monitor trade marketing spend, building insightful dashboards to track ROI on promotions and customer investments.
- Provide Financial Guidance: Offer data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, challenge assumptions, and identify new opportunities for value creation.
- Ensure Financial Excellence: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities, while strengthening financial controls and spearheading automation projects.

We Are Looking For





You are a commercially minded finance professional with a talent for translating complex data into actionable strategies.

- You possess a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) and have experience in a business partnering role.
- You are skilled in financial modeling, profitability analysis, and revenue growth management.
- You have a high degree of ownership and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- You are an effective communicator, capable of managing stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Proficiency with tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SAP is essential.
