Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Export Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates, and other regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and monitor air and sea shipments to international markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Freight & Logistics Management: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport partners for shipment bookings, customs clearance, and productive logistics operations.
- Supply Chain Operations: Support end-to-end supply chain activities, track shipment status, resolve logistics issues, maintain records, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in Export Logistics, International Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in coordinating air and sea freight shipments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
