We are hiring Tele-Collection Officers (TCO) / Senior TCO (DRA Certified) for a leading collections company with a strong presence across India.

Locations: Mumbai (Wadala)
Employment Type: Full time
DRA Certification: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact delinquent and pre-delinquent customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Obtain Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments and negotiate repayments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and understand reasons for default.
- Update customer interactions and commitments in the CRM system.
- Achieve collection targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility:

- Experience in Tele-Collections, Tele-Sales, Customer Service, or Recovery Operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting performance targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 2.0 to 3.6 LPA
