About the Role: Our client is looking for a Data Analyst who is an expert in Advanced Excel to turn raw data into clear, actionable business insights. You'll build dashboards, automate reports, and support decision-making across teams. Open to candidates pan-India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel
- Use formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, array formulas, and nested functions
- Create and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Power Query/Power Pivot models
- Automate recurring reports using Macros/VBA
- Clean, validate, and structure large datasets for analysis
- Present data trends and insights to stakeholders in a explicit, visual format
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams to define reporting needs





Requirements:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros)
- Working knowledge of formulas: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/nested IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, array formulas
- Good understanding of data analytics concepts and reporting best practices
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/SQL is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Graduate in any stream; certification in Advanced Excel/Data Analytics preferred
