Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products to dark store , retail store from warehouse .
- Coordinate transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods from warehouses to customers' doorsteps.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in fulfillment operations and implement changes accordingly.
- Resolve disputes related to orders, deliveries, or other operational issues in a fair and professional manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in ecommerce logistics or similar industry.
- Robust knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics), line haul, route planning, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with dispute resolution processes and ability to handle complex customer complaints.
