We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to full & final settlement.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS with accurate and updated information.
- Support monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave records, incentives, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate regarding the payroll process.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee regularization.
- Handle statutory compliance-related documentation such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour Law records.
- Coordinate employee insurance, mediclaim, and other HR benefits.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and perks.




- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to headcount, attrition, leave, and attendance.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively across the organization.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower movement and employee documentation.

Required Skills:

- Experience in complete HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and payroll inputs.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.
- Experience working on HRMS and payroll software (GreytHR experience preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
