About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager will provide comprehensive support to store operations and serve as a bridge between management and floor staff. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their retail management expertise within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team management
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and stock rotation
- Supervise sales floor activities and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Monitor sales performance and assist in promotional activities
- Participate in staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately
- Support in conducting staff training and inductions




- Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of retail experience (jewelry/luxury retail preferred)
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation
- Valuable understanding of jewelry products and terminology
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree
- Hindi and English fluency; Regional language proficiency preferred
