The person taking up this role will be responsible for the preparation and support of standard Compliance reports, using data from internal and client systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring proficiency in Excel, with basic exposure to Power Query and VBA for report automation + Compliance Tools. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with data accurately, and a willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven workplace. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from Compliance systems such as Bullhorn; Cognos; Peoplesoft

- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation

- Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution

- Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments

- Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions

- Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned

- Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding

- Remains comfortable extending support until 1200 EST for Client meetings & discussions
