Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Operation Theater (OT) department.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all OT activities, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, surgical procedures, and outcomes.
- Implement quality control measures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in an OT setting as a Staff Nurse or equivalent role.
- Diploma in Any Specialization + PG Diploma in Nursing Education required.
- Robust knowledge of general surgery principles and practices preferred.
