What we are looking for in the role:

- Work closely with senior leadership to establish a robust operational framework that supports business continuity

- Develop and implement scalable processes that align with the company’s growth objectives

- Oversee teams, providing mentorship and leadership to supervisors and junior managers

- Custodian of processes related to Bank reconciliation, GL Reconciliation, Reconciliation of disbursement, Reschedulement, Termination Control Accounts daily, NACH, repayment etc

- Expertise in LMS Product configuration and handling new Projects related to LMS

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between teams to improve overall efficiency

- Ensure compliance with company policies,



industry regulations, and safety standards

- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.

- Support the development of contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery

- Strong understanding of financial operations, including GL reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes

- Experience in coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for financial audits

- Familiarity with revenue recognition and expense management frameworks, particularly within an NBFC or fintech workplace

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong business acumen and exposure in managing senior stakeholders and experience in handling large teams

- Minimum 10 years experience in handling Banking / NBFC Operations, direct experience in Unsecured Lending is a plus

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant/MBA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Well versed with all basic tools viz MS Excel and other MS office applications
