Experience: 11+ years of experience in senior management roles within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels.

What are we looking for?

The AVP – Partnerships Strategy & Solutions will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the Key Alliances ecosystem. The role will focus on business planning, partner performance management, strategic projects, analytics-driven decision support, growth opportunity identification, and cross-functional execution to strengthen partnership outcomes and drive sustainable business growth.

What does the job entail?

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

1. Conduct strategic assessments and recommend actions to enhance business productivity and market penetration
2. Business Analytics & Insights
3. Analyse partner performance, productivity, persistency, customer trends, and profitability metrics
4. Generate actionable insights through data analysis and benchmarking
5. Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions

Project & Program Management

1. Lead cross-functional strategic projects from conceptualisation through implementation
2. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes
3.



Drive process improvement and operating model enhancement initiatives
4. Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams
5. Executive Decision Support
6. Prepare business cases, presentations, strategic notes, and management review materials
7. Support senior leadership with market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business recommendations
8. Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership forums when required

Work Experience

- 11+ years of experience in senior management roles within the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels.

Essential Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
