Portfolio Management

- Manage a portfolio of 20+ startups, serving as their primary relationship manager throughout the incubation lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with founders and provide timely guidance on technology, business, product, and operational matters.
- Track startup progress against key milestones and identify areas where additional support or interventions are required





- Evaluate the technical and business viability of startup business models and growth plans.
- Conduct technical and business due diligence for startups applying for funding or investment opportunities.
- Support founders in developing pitch decks, business plans, product roadmaps, and other investor-ready documents.
- Advise startups on product strategy, market validation, commercialization, and business planning.

Fundraising & Ecosystem Engagement

- Facilitate connections between startups and riidl's network of mentors, investors, industry experts, and ecosystem partners.
- Support founders in preparing for investor interactions, technology demonstrations, and fundraising discussions.
- Coordinate mentor meetings, investor connects, networking opportunities, and strategic engagements that enhance startup growth.

Incubation & Program Management

- Assist in planning and executing incubation and acceleration programs.
- Coordinate workshops, mentoring sessions, demo days, investor showcases, and startup engagement activities.
- Maintain portfolio documentation, MIS reports, startup databases, and progress dashboards.
