Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution and delivery of projects in line with client requirements, project scope, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
- Manage day-to-day project activities related to Testing & Commissioning (T&C;) with the support of commissioning engineers and project teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all site execution, commissioning activities, and project coordination.
- Report project progress, risks, challenges, and key updates to the CxA Head and CxA Manager on a regular basis.
- Plan, monitor, and execute commissioning activities while ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Participate in weekly project review meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate commissioning engineers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Understand project requirements, technical specifications, and client expectations to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or critical issues, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all commissioning documentation, reports, checklists, procedures, and project close-out documents.
- Review and approve documentation prepared by contractors and supporting engineers before submission to clients.
- Ensure all internal documentation complies with company quality standards prior to client submission.
- Supervise contractor performance and supporting engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation on commissioning methodologies, execution strategies, and system performance.




- Delegate responsibilities effectively to supporting engineers and monitor execution to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, inspections, testing results, and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery and future business opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities within ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while promoting technical excellence and best practices.
- Develop project case studies, lessons learned, and technical documentation for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Commissioning, Operations, Design, or Construction of MEP systems.
- Robust expertise in Testing & Commissioning (T&C;) of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, Low Voltage (LV), ELV, and Building Systems.
- Proven experience in Data Center, Mission Critical, and Large Commercial Building projects.
- Hands-on experience in commissioning of HVAC, Electrical Distribution, UPS, DG Systems, Chillers, Fire Protection, BMS, EPMS, ELV, and associated infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes, integrated systems testing (IST), commissioning documentation, and project close-out procedures.
- Experience coordinating with clients, PMCs, architects, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering within schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Strong documentation, reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
