Work Mode: Rotational shifts (3-shift schedule) with weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for Core Banking Systems (Finacle / Flexcube) and allied banking applications.
- Analyze and resolve application issues related to UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and other payment systems.
- Investigate transaction failures, reversals, settlement discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Perform application-level troubleshooting for APIs, interfaces, and backend integrations.
- Conduct database analysis (Oracle & MSSQL) to identify data inconsistencies and support issue resolution.
- Monitor and support EOD/EOM batch processing activities and resolve operational issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor application health using logs, dashboards,



and monitoring tools to ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams for complex issue resolution.
- Support audit activities and ensure adherence to banking operational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and service metrics.

Required Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Banking or FinTech application support.
- Positive understanding of Core Banking Systems such as Finacle or Flexcube.
- Experience supporting digital payment applications and banking integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Knowledge of FinOne (LOS/LMS) or lending applications will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and support critical production environments.
