About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead our strategic growth across the domestic PAN-level market in the Trims and Accessories Division. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and proven expertise in B2B sales, channel development, Distributor Management and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.

- Client Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and nurture key customers in the trims and apparel accessories segment.

- Channel Management: Build and manage distributor and partner networks for enhanced market reach.

- Product Promotion: Drive brand visibility through trade fairs, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

- Key Account Management: Build strategic relationships with major buyers, ensuring consistent business flow.

- Market Insights: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to support decision-making.





- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team focused on results and accountability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, R&D;, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
15-22 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Textile Trims or Accessories (Tapes, Hangers, Buttons, Elastics, etc.) with strong industry connects and business development record.
