Seasoned MEP Electrical Lead responsible for endtoend delivery of electrical building services across projects. Own the technical scope, design quality, regulatory approvals, cost control, site execution, and continuous improvement of MEP electrical systems to meet client, statutory, and sustainability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Leadership Define electrical scope, provide technical inputs, and lead review, approval, and finalization of tenders prepared by Services Consultants.
- Drawing and Documentation Produce and finalize MEPElectrical drawings in coordination with architects, consultants, and stakeholders; ensure complete, accurate asbuilt records.
- Regulatory Approvals — Coordinate with the Liaisoning team to secure statutory approvals from relevant authorities and ensure compliance with MOEF, GRIHA, and IGBC requirements.
- Budgeting and Cost Management — Prepare budgets for finalized designs; update and optimize estimates to meet project budget constraints.
- Site Supervision — Conduct regular site visits to verify installation quality and conformity with design intent; resolve field issues and approve site variations.
- Value Engineering — Identify and implement time and cost reduction opportunities without compromising performance or safety.
- Quality Assurance — Maintain drawing and documentation quality through checklistbased reviews and enforce design SOPs.




- Process Improvement — Design and implement new systems, processes, and SOPs for MEP design and delivery; drive standardization across projects.

- Approved tender documents and finalized electrical scope.
- Complete drawing set with stakeholder signoffs and asbuilt records.
- Regulatory approvals obtained within target timelines.
- Budget variance maintained within agreed thresholds.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in MEP electrical design, tendering, and site supervision for building projects.
- Technical Skills: Load calculations, distribution design, earthing, lighting and emergency power systems, protection coordination.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP, ETAP or equivalent powerstudy tools, and MS Office.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with MOEF norms and green building frameworks GRIHA and IGBC.
- Project Skills: Tender evaluation, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and contract management.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, decisive review capability, collaborative stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
