Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support.

Experience Required:

6 to 10 years Employment

Type: Full-Time

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Knowledge/Skills Required :

• Minimum 6 - 10 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market

• Experience with recruiting orsourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain

• Sourcing and Screening of wide-ranging roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Should be ready to work on the night shift.





• Individualsshould have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.)

• Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.

• Deep knowledge ofsourcing methodologies and toolslike Eightfold will be an added advantage.

• Creative thinker and solution-oriented approach.

• Leadership Skills Qualifications:

• Three Year / Four-Year Degree (Bachelors) or equivalent experience Good to have skills:

• Experience with US experience in BFSI and Service Industry

• Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.
