This requisition seeks a Field Sales Team Leader to lead a field team engaged in CLX personal loan sourcing. Responsibilities include daily lead management, monitoring field visit compliance, on ground coaching, objection-handling support, escalations, and ensuring adherence to verification and offer communication scripts. The TL will drive monthly disbursement targets, improve lead-to-login TAT, and maintain customer experience standards.
Additionally, the TL will be accountable for identifying, reporting, and following up on all data discrepancies, CRM issues, and IT-related operational problems to ensure smooth functioning of field processes
