Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Spare Parts for our client to oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and spare parts supply chain activities. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records,managing supplier relationships, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, ensuring there is enough to meet demand while minimizing excess.
Ordering and receiving: Place orders for new stock and check incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Data management: Maintain accurate inventory records, document daily shipments and deliveries, and use ERP & CRM software for tracking.
Supplier relations: Coordinate with local suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure a consistent supply chain.
Staff management: Lead and train warehouse service staff, and schedule their work to optimize operations.
Reporting and analysis: Analyse sales data (Spare parts) and inventory levels to forecast future needs and report on inventory status and efficiency to upper management.
Process improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management processes and reduce costs. Improving the storage process depending on the type of spare part
Warehouse safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.
Conduct audits:



Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual stock.
Manage costs: Implement strategies to reduce operational, storage, and distribution costs while minimizing stockouts and overstock.
Analyze performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover rate, carrying costs, and order accuracy, and report on them to upper management

Job Requirements:

Technical skills: Proficiency with inventory management and ERP software (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, CRM) is essential, along with strong data analysis skills using tools like Microsoft Excel.

Understanding Engineering Drawings

Soft skills: Critical thinking, analytical abilities, excellent communication, strong organizational and planning skills, and a high level of attention to detail
