Department: Treasury

Responsibilities:

- Understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc.
- Responsible for Liasioning with Institutions including Public and Private sector Banks, Investors, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc.
- Fair Understanding of Legal Documentation and liasioning with Lenders legal counsel and in house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies and other intermediaries.
- Fair understanding of Financial Modelling including bank CMAs and able to build and interpret financial models and Cashflows.
- Initiating, monitoring the deal from scratch till the closure of the transaction.
- Negotiating and pricing the Debt program to meet the organizational goal of borrowing at best possible rates.




- Experience of monitoring and reporting of covenants; calculation and reconciliation of interest payable, etc.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Debt Markets or Corporate Finance

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CWA / FRM / M. Com (Accounts & Finance)

Skills:

- Excel expertise /Financial Modelling/Loan documentation/Compliances related to Trustees and banks (in line with RBI and SEBI guidelines),
- Securitisation knowledge (DA/PTC),
- Bank Credit Memo Up-dation, Financial Analysis.
- Positive communication skills as drafting of various communication will be required for external agencies.
