Role & responsibilities

- Develop & maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance

requirement (RBI/ NHB/MCA / Any other regulatory bodies compliances)

- Periodic review of compliance functions / Processes / Returns / directions
- Timely highlighting findings with stakeholders / process owners for corrective &

preventive action

- Reporting to management
- Tracking of open issues to get timely closures.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of RBI, NHB, MCA & SEBI Understanding of relevant regulatory

requirements applicable for NBFCs.

- Communication Skills: Positive written and verbal communication skills for effective

reporting and collaboration.

- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve audit issues and

recommend solutions.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & related financial system.

Experience: 1-5 years of working experience in Compliance function or Compliance review

- NBFC Expertise: Familiarity with NBFC regulatory requirement under RBI / NHB guidelines
