Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Officer to drive retail business in the Parbhani region. The role
involves managing channel partners, expanding retailer networks, ensuring secondary sales growth, and building strong customer
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
-Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
-Appoint and manage retailers, dealers, and channel partners in the assigned territory.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and influencers (such as masons, fabricators, and builders).
-Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and ensure brand visibility.
-Drive demand generation activities such as retailer meets, influencer engagement, and on-ground activations.
-Ensure proper availability and timely supply of Noble Bison TMT products across the market.
-Collect and analyze market feedback to support strategic decisions.
-Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS to the reporting manager.
Key Requirements
-Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage).
-1-4 years of experience in retail/channel sales (preferably in the TMT/Building Materials industry).
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the assigned territory.
-Willingness to travel extensively within Parbhani and nearby areas.
