Job Description

We are hiring experienced Civil Supervisors for EHV Substation Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction activities at substation project sites.
- Execute and monitor transformer foundations, equipment foundations, gantry foundations, cable trenches, control room buildings, boundary walls, drainage, RCC & PCC works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Electrical, QA/QC, Survey, Safety,



Contractors, and Client teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, material utilization, and daily site progress.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Substation/Power Transmission projects.
- Experience in 132kV/220kV/400kV/765kV substations will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in RCC, PCC, excavation, equipment foundations, cable trenches, and control room construction.
- Willing to work at project sites.

Preferred Industry: Power Transmission, Substation, EPC, Infrastructure
