Role & responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice and non-voice processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget, especially for minimum-wage positions.
- Ensure timely monthly closures as per business hiring requirements.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Experience hiring for domestic voice and non-voice processes.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly hiring targets and closures.
