Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct cost estimation and quantity surveying activities to ensure project costs are within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on electrical engineering principles, codes, and regulations to support project planning and execution.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in a similar role as an Electrical QS Engineer or related field.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity surveying techniques.
- Proficiency in creating detailed estimates for electrical works, including cable sizing, transformer selection, and lighting calculations.
