- Maintenance and service of IVD equipment in assigned International Countries.

- Provide Technical virtual support to international clients.

- Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose perform repairs.

- Attending Equipment demos.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Biomedical/Electronics/Medical Instrumentation/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent.

Requirements Skills:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and experience with training distributors/healthcare professionals in the usage of laboratory diagnostic instruments

- Good understanding of the Biomedical Engineering industry, healthcare market, and diagnostic testing procedures

- Strong analytical and technical ability,



with experience in electronics, instrumentation, mechatronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics

- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms and effective problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well both independently and in a team-oriented setting.
