Job Summary

- We are hiring an experienced Principal Consultant Workday HCM Technical to lead Workday HCM implementation, integration, and support projects.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday integrations, technical development, reporting, security, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM Technical implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
- Conduct requirement gathering, feasibility studies, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using various Workday integration technologies.
- Configure and customize Workday solutions to meet business process requirements.
- Analyze new Workday features, build prototypes, evaluate business impact, and support regression testing.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and third-party teams for successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts.
- Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and implementation standards.
