Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of transformation initiatives in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Experience with UAT testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from start to finish.
