ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Senior PP Consultant will be responsible for issue diagnosis, analysis and solutioning of the Plan to Manufacture process area in a project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES on PROJECTS

Serve as conduit between business and technology.

Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP S4 HANA Plan to Manufacture functions.

Architecting, designing and SAP PP module implementation for the Customer.

Lead project teams for implementation.

Understand client system and assist clients in support of SAP S4 HANA Production Planning and plan to manufacture Products.

Supervise and mentor project subordinates and manage client engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for BRISTLECONE PLAN TO MANUFACTURE PRACTICE

Liaising with Pre Sales Teams to help grow the Business around Plan to Manufacture in line with Organizational Strategy and Practice Goals.

Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for SAP Plan to Manufacture to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecone footprint globally.

Build Assets, Pre Configured Solutions and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve.

Participate in Assessment, Scoping and Estimation activities for RFQs.

Participate in suggesting or leading Process Improvement for the Practice.

Understanding, analysing,



explore and test new features introduced in S4HANA Plan to Manufacture processes.

Build technical competency and knowledge management.

Build solid business relationships with potential clients.

Track and align with technology updates in S4HANA editions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA PP for RB 5.

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA PP for RB 4.

Functional proficiency in various kind of projects like Green field Implementations or Rollouts or Upgradation specific to SAP Production Planning i.e. SAP ECC or S4 HANA.

Experience in Production Support and developments raised by change request.

Certification in SAP PP and SAP S4HANA Manufacturing will be an added advantage.

PROCESS KNOWLEDGE

Shall be well versed with end to end process for manufacturing involving demand management, MRP and shop floor control.

Shall able to differentiate between various manufacturing scenarios like make to stock, make to order, engineer to order and configure to order.
