Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. The role involves administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, networks, and endpoint devices, while providing technical support and maintaining IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
- Configure and support networks, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system security, backups, and infrastructure performance.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and IT documentation.
- Required Skills:

- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Windows 10/11, and endpoint security.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
