JD - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reports To: Managing Director.

Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the financial
operations, strategy, and health of an organization. The CFO provides leadership in financial
planning, risk management, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and investment decisions while
supporting the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy.
Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning and business growth.
Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and investment activities.
Evaluate financial performance and recommend strategic improvements.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare financial models to support decision-making.
3. Accounting & Reporting

Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate external audits and manage auditor relationships.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.




Optimize capital structure and investment strategies.
Ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic needs.
5. Risk Management & Compliance

Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Oversee insurance and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency with financial systems and ERP platforms.
