Content Excellence Consultant
You will be responsible for:

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Veeva PromoMats and OCE, ensuring optimal platform performance and sharing best practices
- Veeva PromoMats platform technical expertise with experience of Omnichannel activation across HCP Portals and automated campaigns
- Understanding of OCE / digital marketing platforms and domain expertise in PromoMats
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to maintain and enhance platforms.
- Drive adoption and manage change across international teams.
- Enhance existing reports and KPI Power Bi dashboards that measure content and platform adoption.
- Provide expertise on digital channel strategy and content optimization.
- Define and communicate business requirements to technical teams.
- Lead and support regional marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Provide strategic input and ad hoc support on broader team initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Desired Profile (Key Skills)





- Proven experience working with promotional materials in a marketing, regulatory, or digital asset management environment.
- Deep familiarity with Veeva Vault Promomats, ideally from both a functional and user perspective.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Comfortable leading meetings, presenting to senior stakeholders, and driving discussions.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving DAM requirements and technologies.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Nice to have:

- Certifications such as Veeva Vault Promomats Business Practitioner, Veeva Vault Promomats Architect, or related DAM platform credentials.
- Experience with other DAM platforms like Aprimo or Bynder.
