What You'll Be Doing

Own the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboarding.

Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.

Source top technology talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social media, GitHub, X-Ray Search, and Boolean Search.

Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, cultural alignment, and overall suitability.

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS updates, and hiring reports.

Meet hiring timelines while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, and social platforms

Experience hiring for niche technology roles

Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

Strong negotiation and offer-closing capabilities

Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools

Self-driven mindset with a passion for hiring the right talent
