Responsibilities:-

1) Payment advice knock off against Invoices.

2) Claims validation such as rate difference, consumer promo, TOT, Visibility

3) Debit note/Credit note entry posting in SAP.

4) Analysis of short payment received from customer.

5) Follow-up with customer for overdue payment.

6) Follow-up with depot team for Invoice POD copy.

7) Weekly MIS on ageing of outstanding balance of customers.

8) Invoice level reconciliation with customer ledger.

9) Reconciliation of TDS deduction on 194Q at customer level.

10) Automation project.
